From chocotext to create our delicious writing , psychadelic punch dots to create the dots effect, hatchsnow , ultra coloring and a sooth powder pastels to make a smooth nice effect. By adding a little bit of our own touch, each project is becoming more and more our own and reflecting our own personal style as well as what is asked of us.
The past few weeks we've learned many different techniques to apply on all kinds of projects to do for pleasure or in the work place.My blog includes Colorgel, Advertisment, The infamous ipod man, and finally the fowler and matisse effects.
This week we learned the effects of adding different textures to photos . Making the backrounds have a different look and feel than regular pictures. Finally we also learned to make the cube effect which as shown above makes it look much more cool and funky.
In the spirit of halloween we've learned a few different techniques to do "spooky effects" As the glowing eyes, chopping the heads and bloody looking text. This can definitely be used in the work field when it comes to advertisments. Especially around this time of year that companies love to come up with new scary slogans to promote Halloween.
well not completley, but it is the end of the semester and i have truly developed a strong interest in these designs. I realized that using these new tools ive learned could actually help me in the future ..whether it be for a job advertisment and even at school. But for now ill stick to absorbing all i can and look foward to a new semester of learning ahead.
Definitely enjoyed all projects we had this week that i just couldn't decide which ones to post. From the seriagraph to lichstein effect and the funky monkey. My best work so far, i think.
So this week i very much enjoyed all of my projects. from the mosiac texture to the popdot effects i feel like these were my favorite projects of the week. Enjoy !
This week wasn't exactly my favorite, nontheless i really enjoyed making the grunge poster shown above.
I definatley feel like im improving in my picture fixing skills. This weeks creations are my absolute favorites ! I used pen ink and screen blending in the fotos above.
In my creations above i used a variety of styles such as dreamy , lightburst, burstput, apophysis and finally morphing. Its getting a little more confusing but its definitely a work in progress :)
After a couple of days of some struggle i finally learned to use some funky techniques on fotos.
